So far the anticipated "flood" into the transfer portal has been nothing more than a trickle. And a pretty insignificant one at that. Baseball has always been the most likely to avoid disaster. Not only do you have the MLB ceiling but NIL money isn't as large and we are a national power. Can't hurt that Mitch and the staff are getting a reputation for improving players draft stock. |

Pretty sure junior college players have the same rules as D1 no, he is draft eligible but I don’t think it will be high enough for him to sign. He is pretty raw and physically needs to add some weight. Classic case of a couple years of maturity and development and he becomes a high draft pick |

There have been numerous mentions in various threads on a couple LBCC kids. Having seen them first hand since high school and this JC season, none are in any draft position that would endanger them attending OSU. Attracting interest from other programs, already happened. But, be sure that the #s you see are "bloated". That league, all divisions, is not great JC ball. Ethan is a semi-project. He's faced very low tier high school players and not many JC hitters that will play D1 ball. Good potential... but will need physical and mental maturity to be a factor for OSU. |

Can't believe A&M needs many players from UW to accompany Kelly.

Both of Washington's middle infielders entered the portal. Aiva Arquette entered, as well. Seeing as how Oregon State's middle infield are likely to be drafted here in a couple of days.................. |
