High level meetings in Boulder the next two days to consider a move to the big 12. The longer the Pac 12 media deal takes to get done the more likely they will jump. Really don’t care it they go, but worried the other 4 corner schools will go too. We may end up with the nicest stadium in the mountain west

I doubt that anything comes of it. I am calling this Big 12 propaganda. Prove me wrong!

I’m starting to get the feeling that this season is a fight for the honor of being the last champion of the Pac-12.

Everyone is whistling by the grave yard, When the dominoes start to fall the schools will all scatter fast. Not going to be a good for recruiting.
Looks like late night oil burning at Oregon and Washington with more meeting rumored on Thursday per dawg site. Never thought Colorado would be the one to explode it all though.

Oregon is holding a routine B of T meeting. Nothing to do with leaving the Pac. For UO and UW to go somewhere, someone has to want them. No one does at this point.

Sports Illustrated now reporting sources have confirmed that the Buffalos administration will vote tomorrow to leave the Pac 12 for the Big 12. Time to grab a life jacket. Being one of the have not’s, this is a dangerous time for beaver athletics

Worst case scenario, we’re kings of the MWC Boise becomes our new Hole......if we are in the MWC conference our recruiting takes a down tick and we are in a real struggle with Boise

Now a report that another Pac 12 team ( not a 4 corner school) is on the verge of leaving. Who ?? Stanford, Washington or Oregon. If it happens, could be the kill shot for the Pac 12. Better make sure your cable provider carries the CW network

Only saving grace could be the Big 12 TV deal. If they add any Power 5 teams (that's us!) then that school gets the same amount as everyone else per the contract ($32M or so). Which seems a bit crazy for the TV partners to agree to, I'm sure they weren't imagining OSU or Wazzu, but if the PAC truly does fall apart that may be our only chance. Lucky, Oregon State has turned it around at the right time. We may still be the ugly girl at the dance, but after a few drinks (10 win seasons) maybe someone will take us home.
