I really just hope she doesn’t wait it out, but she has a busy summer schedule with more USA Basketball, so that may be the case with both she and Clark.

I don't want anybody to take this wrong, because I will be thrilled if the Beavs land Van Lith, or Clark, (or both!!) but if you told me the Beavs lose out on Van Lith, but sign Verhulst next year, I would be fine with that. She would most likely have to start as a freshman, but I would feel pretty comfortable with that scenario. Of course, there is no guarantee we land any of those recruits, but I feel pretty confident the Beavs will get land the players they need to remain a top team.

Thanks for the video beavsteve. She looks good in those videos. The other player that BH recently started following is Agnes Emma-Nnopu. Both girls are in the 2020 recruiting class, play for the Centre of Excellence, and both were recently named to the U19 national team to compete this summer.....Jasmin Shelly was also named to the team.
One recruit from Australia who is likely to end up in the Pac-12 is Paige Price. She's in the 2021 class, and she is being followed by BH. She made a west coast trip though and checked out ASU, UCLA, and Stanford. No sign of her visiting Oregon State. I thought I remembered something about Oregon being on her list as well, but I don't remember for sure.

Just got word from someone inside the program that Van Lith and Clark will be coming to campus for visits in the FALL. Not sure if they plan on also hitting Eugene at the same time and I didn't ask if they plan on coming together but my guess would be yes.
Wouldn't it be ridiculous if they both committed together to Orange and Black? Either way I find it very encouraging that they plan on coming to campus. Let Rueck and staff work their magic. I think both these girls would fit so well with this team and this community.
Fingers crossed.

Well, this is good news as it certainly suggests they are both still considering OSU, despite most speculation that Clark is down to Notre Dame and Oregon and Van Lith might cave from the all out assault by Baylor. If we get the kid on campus, then usually the kid that is a fit at OSU will commit to OSU. I know that sounds simple minded, but the key is getting them to make a visit. Our coaching staff, and, our players, are fantastic at identifying the right kids for the OSU WBB Program, and then closing the deal.

I don't know if this has been posted elsewhere...I took it from the Baylor forum that newduke2 posted above.... It's pretty damn impressive....
"Hailey van Lith was named MVP of the FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup 2019 in Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia) on June 07, 2019. She was joined on the Team of The Tournament by her teammate Rickea Jackson and New Zealand's Charlisse Leger-Walker.
Hailey van Lith earned MVP honours after guiding USA to a new gold medal at the FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup. The 3x3 rising star played a key role in USA women's 4th U18 World Cup title finishing the event with 36 points overall."

Van Lith has been on campus for basketball camps after both her freshman and sophomore years, so she's familiar with things. Not aware that Clark has ever been here, but it can only be a good thing if she's coming. I continue to think we get Van Lith. If they're both here on the same weekend, and Van Lith is ready to commit, Clark might find herself easily envisioning a few years playing with Brown, Jones, Goforth, and her. That lineup would certainly seem very attractive, but, who knows what will happen.

Clark, Van Lith, and Goforth would be an unreal class. I’m still worried about Clark heading to UO, but even if we get one I would be ecstatic, because there are some very talented guards in 2021, namely Verhulst, Wolfenbarger, and von Oelhoffen.

Saw where one of tsdtr future newbies said all their new recruits were meet up with Clark at a fall tsdtr football game. So would it be two football games on the same day., wow, early afternoon and evening game. Frankly, I don't see Clark taking two out West and Clark is bff with one recruit in Spewgene already.

I don't believe that uo has anymore scholarships to give for 2020-21.

As it stands now uo will have 14 players on scholarship for the 20-21 season, which leaves one space open. They will probably only use the remaining ride if it is for an elite player like Clark.
