We'll see when fall practice starts - lots of possibilities for transfers and consolidation, great recruiting class coming in bumping up against one of the best returning defense/offense groups in the nation. And Yeski is going to be busy retooling the starting rotation potential candidates. Lots to discuss!

Is Casey coming back? The President of the university seemed to not back him at all.

Casey coming back? Guess we will find out fairly soon. I would think if the Admin. didn't back him he sure will look around. I would be surprised if Nate Y returns. He has to be a valuable commodity. Just think if he thinks he was also screwed by the Suits.

I guess I'm not "in the know." Which is OK. I'm not understanding the "president not backing PC." I honestly don't. He can't possibly be that stoooopid. Can He?

Only losing KJ in the field, Max, Drew and Jake on the bump Concerned about starters, we basically lose them all, I'd be surprised to see Femel starting next year, just don't see it. I think we would all be surprised to see Luke as a starter back next year, highly unlikely. So we could be starting all over again next year with pitching, and no one really stepped up this year to show starter stuff IIRC, maybe only nonconference starts. We will definitely need some hitters, our power numbers didn't scare anybody. Overall though, a wonderful and memorable season. Question, do we have any power arms coming back, 93, 94 heaters, that can get it over the plate??

I'd take our returning group over any program in the Country. Gretler,Grenier Madrigal, Adley and whoever winds up starting at first. Zach Taylor showed promise there. In the outfield there is a ton of talent. Jack, Steven, Donahue and Cary... Plus a whole bunch of talent in the dugout. There is way to much talent on the pitching staff for anyone to speculate that the sky is falling. As for Casey, makes no sense to me that he would leave. To do that he would have to concede defeat to the crazies that attempted to turn things into a circus the last month of the season.
