Unless and until Pope actually transfers, it does not change anything one iota. Have there been instances where players entered the portal, but didn’t leave? I know people portal and then don’t get picked up eg Chance Nolan. Mike Rataj is one example. |

Did he officially enter portal? I know it was heavily rumored he was going to enter portal, but I never saw actual announcement he did so. Did I miss it? |

Tweet says Fallah a forward, but the short tape I watched showed him as primarily a back to basket game. Looked to be more skilled offensively now than Ibekwe. Not the rim protector KC is. Has troubles with turnovers with 3 or more in 15 of 25 games this year and a high of 7. Had 20 points, 4 rebs and 3 assists against Utah on the road in a 2-point loss. Also had 24 and 7 against Grand Canyon in their first matchup. Didn’t do as well in rematch with 1 point, 4 rebounds and the previously mentioned 7 turnovers.
Definitely a position of need, which is good. If consider this a Fallah for Ibekwe trade, I think we might have done OK — especially because offense will likely be a problem next year and he’ll give us more than KC did this past year.

Numbers seemed to indicate he’s developing well from first to second year. Definitely encouraging. Question is how much did getting more than 3 times as many minutes this year on a team that was much worse than prior year have to do with that. But on paper and in the 2-3 minute video I watched, he seems to be a good take. |
