Did not see this happening. Will be very interested to see how he does. Assuming he’ll have a backup role, but as an Illinois fan I hope he starts. Make things easier for the Illini.

Yeah... that's just a "wow". Don't know Sprinkle, but if this is who he can draw out of the portal he is not long for Seattle.

But... the flip side to that. If he suddenly becomes a dbl/dbl guy WT should have to resign with no payout!

Basically traveled or turned it over most times he got the ball. By the end of this year he could drive pretty well. He needs to develop a 16-68 foot game and continue to lose weight. I think his senior year is when he'll shine, but he should be improved this next season.

A 68 foot game would really be sumthin! How long is a BB court now?

Maybe just as simple as KC being player to be named later in the Haslam deal. I wonder if Sprinkle isn’t suffering a little from PTED — post traumatic Edey disorder — after the NCAA tourney. Maybe he wanted to make sure he had a big body to roll out there against some of the bigger B1G centers. KC certainly is that and he’s not without some skills. He’s really going to need to get better on PnR defense or he’ll be eaten alive. As long as he’s only penciled in for backup minutes, probably not the worst gamble to take with 2 years eligibility left. Sprinkle looks to be headed in the right direction with KC. That smile in the commitment photo might be the most emotion I’ve seen KC display in two years.

Tried looking him up. Some sources having him as a 6'4" point guard last year, now as a 6'9-6'10 combo player. Quite the growth spurt.

I saw video labeled 6-4 point guard, but in watching it you could see he was much taller than that height.

That smile in the commitment photo might be the most emotion I’ve seen KC display in two years. UW just got the MWC Player of the Year, and are paying him $2 million. They also got somebody from UP who they have to be paying a chunk for. Maybe KC can get a $20 or so every week for a couple happy meals and extra fries. If $2 million a year becomes the going rate for P4 basketball talent, we have even less of the no chance we already had.
