How did Bona get a shooting foul when Bilodeau was on the floor before he went up for the dunk? Rataj came in and hit his arm as he was dunking it. |

That last 3 pointer was set up by some of the better ball movement I've seen on a Tinkle team.

Too bad Rataj didnt release that one a tenth of a second sooner. Happy with our play. Excellent defence, made a few shots, didn't give up a ton of turnovers and held our own on rebounding - Bilodeau w/11 although I think Ibekwe is responsible for some of those with great box-outs.

Beavs 5-10 from 3 pt line first half 6-12 according to the scoreboard. They are playing exactly how I said they needed to. Play great D and make some shots. Shooting 42% and 50% from 3 and holding them to 31% shooting. |

Sitting here with a "1000" other folks... my son texted the announcers called Gill a "ghost town"... Beavs really need to win this.
As bad of UCLA team as I've seen in Gill in memory. Up 4 at half already hitting 6/12 from three isn't making me real confident. UCLA seems rushed and missed at least 6 near the rim.
Overall for what could be called an ugly 1st half... fouls are down. Now need the 9 turns cut in half!
