If they start a don’t play the ducks fundraiser tomorrow, I’m in…just ask for the money.

No vote, but over time I may soften up to a mid week baseball game :-)

IF, big "if," the Beavs get picked up by the Big-12 then I'd be open to it.
A lot of potential to schedule a "Big-10/Big-12" rivalry weekend... OSU/Oregon, Wazzu/UW, Iowa State/Iowa, Nebraska/Colorado. Could get a lot of eyeballs and be fun. Heck, maybe they could even put it the last week of the season.
If the Beavs end up in the MWC or cobbling together a Pac-whatever that is a glorified G5 conference... screw em. Not a fair fight.

I hope Officer Wood starts staking out the homes of the AD, Pres, and any other decision makers and be ready to charge dui.

So either no or yes but literally only if we're in a P4 conference. Basically why give the ducks the satisfaction unless we're equally benefitted. F'em

Why preserve the tradition even though they so easily threw it away? Quite frankly, I'm tired of all the schmucks posting that "you'd do the same thing!" No one really knows. But if we're all thinking of ourselves now, I don't think it does us any good, unless they're paying us $20 million a game.

Even a million dollars makes a big difference.

Oregon playing Oregon State benefits Oregon State a lot more than it benefits Oregon. It would be stupid hubris to not schedule Oregon, give a fair opportunity.
This whole thing has not been person; it's been business. And to take it personally and to act with emotion and irrationally is a way to take an already terrible situation and make it worse.
Keep the rivalry as intact and as fair as possible. I hate those SOBs. I hate 'em more today than I did two days ago. But I want to make sure that the Oregon State players continue to have the opportunity to light those SOBs up like Christmas trees.
It was a Civil War before. We may need to drop the civility moving forward.

I voted no, and I believe I'll stay a no even if we wind up in the Big 12. Tradition, rivalry, loyalty, importance to most Oregonians - the U of O threw all that away, not us. They, and the other traitor schools, wrapped us up with the 5 day old fish and threw us in the garbage.
For the rivalry to continue, 1 of 2 things must happen - they approach us, or we approach them. If we approached them, it would seem to be as a sniveling supplicant; if they approached us, it would seem like an aristocrat throwing a handful of shillings to a group of beggars. If I were running the OSU program, pride would preclude my taking part in either way.
As stated above, they can go f#*&k themselves.
