And even slimmer now with the looney tunes management decisions were seeing today from our brain trust... Well, Bugs did pretty well against the Gas House Gorillas. Maybe you need a Xanax. Xanax?? Rather, I think we all need to see some sensible coaching decisions from Canham/Dorman.

And even slimmer now with the looney tunes management decisions were seeing today from our brain trust... How far did you get in the interviewing process when the job was open? Oh, maybe you’re really Nate still full of hate. I'll tell you what...I sure as he!! would NEVER have started a mediocre mid-weeker in an elimination game.

Why blow up your rotation now? I can see one replacement but I think this goes a little farther than it should.

Considering that you need to win this game to have a chance to win the tourney or just advance for that matter

I'll tell you what...I sure as he!! would NEVER have started a mediocre mid-weeker in an elimination game. Every game is an elimination game. If you win today, who pitches tomorrow? Then Saturday? Easy to say that you’d start Kmatz today but he is prone to giving up the long ball. Against a slugging team like ASU, I would question that decision. Sellers might’ve been a good choice but he’d be pitching on short rest. So the loss yesterday set this up. We’re in a poor position to get to the final, so how exhausted do you want the pitching staff going into the meaningful tournament? And don’t forget that we are playing in Arizona’s backyard. It all matters.

Considering that you need to win this game to have a chance to win the tourney or just advance for that matter ...AND considering that the guy Dorman chose to start this game had a >.300 batting average vs opposing batters. Just makes NO sense.

Can't wait to see the analytics on that one. He could have gone yard with a pool noodle instead of a bat.

Does it matter who starts for us? Pretty sure the peanut gallery consensus is that all our pitchers are terrible.

Oh well, saving me a ton of money in regional tickets.
Obviously we figured this tournament wasn't that important. Either they know we're hosting, or know we're not.

The same Kmatz who went
5 IP 5 ER 6 H 4 XBH 3 HR 4 BB 1 K
against Western Carolina on short rest. That same Kmatz against Arizona State on more short rest?

It all matters. The answer is always obvious when you're sitting at home and not the person actually making the decisions. The people who constantly complain when the team is struggling generally don't come eat crow when the team is doing well or give praise to the coaches when it's due. It's hard to take certain people seriously. You're making good points, but I'm afraid it's in vain.

Well, let's hope the extended rest for the staff helps us next week, wherever we're playing.

Good news is that we’ve only left one on base. Way to go Beavs.
