What are people thinking? This is the only team in the league with a worse record than us and frankly they don't look very inspiring. We have anyone coming off of injury?

Stanford has significant talent advantage. It's at Stanford. Beavs on the road. Haven't seen a pt spread but OSU will heavy underdog. My guess would be 8 pt spread .

Maples has never been an inviting place for the Beavers to play, not expecting much.

This weekend vs Stanford and Cal is OSU's best chance to end their long losing streak away from home. Always tough at maples though and Stanford also on 5 game losing streak just like OSU. So they will see OSU as a chance to get back on track.

Huntsman Center, T-Mobile Arena, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Hinkle Fieldhouse, and Gill: Oregon State's road miss last year was at Maples. The Beavers are on a two-game winning streak at Maples. Oregon State won in both 2020 and 2021. The Beavers' last loss at Maples was in 2018. Oregon State also won in 2016. In fact, Oregon State's last two Tournament invites came after winning at Maples. (And the the third season ended early, because of COVID-19.) Craig Robinson won at Maples once, back in 2009. And that was the first win at Maples, since Jim Anderson won there in 1993. Tinkle has more wins at Maples in his 8+ years than in the previous 24 years combined. Since Tinkle took over, Maples Pavilion has been the closest thing to a home away from home that Oregon State has had in the Pac-12, splitting the six games at Stanford. |

Game stays even for a while, beavers go through a cold streak, get down by 10-15, cut the lead back to 6-8 and can’t finish, lose by 10

Man haven't watched OSU basketball much this year....didn't realize we were THIS bad. Oh my.....they are every bit as bad as last year. They need to blow this up and start over. This is reminiscent of those teams circa 1995....just abysmal.

Just don't do that for 2 halves often. Definitely some good players. |
