The announcers said they are all coming back next year. Wow. Might be hard to juggle their roster next season. They've used as many as 15 players in a game a few times this season. If everybody is coming back and they are adding more...not sure how that works. I would guess some will be transferring out?
How long do teams get to go beyond the usual scholarship limits? I know there were some concessions by the NCAA due to covid, but at some point doesn't it have to return to 13 or whatever it was before? I think Stanford is carrying 17 this year.

Scholarship limit for women's basketball is 15 normally.

I clearly missed that. It returns to 15 next year. Arizona has 15 on their roster this year. That includes seven seniors, five of which have a remaining eligibility. They signed four, so retaining Reese, Yeaney, and Pellington would leave them at 15. When you’ve got a roster loaded with talent like that there’s almost always some attrition.

Yeah they've been losing a few to transfer in recent years, but nobody they've missed. I would be somewhat surprised if Semaj Smith comes back for another year. They should kick Chavez to the curve, she's provided nothing. Copeland is in her 5th year, grad transfer, so she should be gone I think. Wouldn't be surprised to see someone like Asi or Erdogan leave.

We are simply slow. And we lack aggressive play. If you are slow how aggressive can you be

Turnovers yuk. If you measure how many missed shots Talia had today and factor how low scoring we were inside. That’s something she we could improve on. 1. Inside shots are more high percentage so Talia should look more to pass down low! We had both bigs with very few shots today. Talia tends to take things over much like her coach……cough. She is a great passer she needs to remember a high percentage point is worth working the clock down for.

Just take it to the hole! Jamie and Aleah are long gone, so the obsession with the 3 needs a reality check.
Even with Taylor hurt, we have bigs that few teams can match. So just give them the ball and see what happens.
Our freshmen sharpshooters are just that - freshmen. You get what you get with them. Other than sort-of-freshman TVO, the others look at least a year away from having any big impact.

If coach isn’t really interested in speed on the perimeter like Arizona then the game most likely will pass him up. Zones don’t always stop the apposing team just slows things down. So we don’t foul as much. But the lovilles on the floor will brake down a zone. Like the 33 points she scored the other nite. One man’s opinion.I’m happy for the Arizona series because I think they will be beatable on a neutral court like our coming pac 12 championship! I think we can take both those teams down.

16 turnovers - Tea had 5 of them ( not good for a point guard ) TVO had 3 because she forces some passes and dribbles right into here defender . I recall how Sydney Wiese used to dribble with the ball away from the defender ( sideways ) , and then would catch and shoot from the same position. Very unorthodox - but VERY effective . Seems kind of strange to think that Rueck was the one that drove the interest in PAC 12 basketball ( wbb ), and now that has made it tougher for us to compete and win. Now, it's time for us to up our game again !

Mitrovic had 6 points in just 5 minutes and two of those buckets and a block came during the late third or early 4th quarter. Kennedy didn’t play a bad game by any means. But her 9 points in 35 minutes didn’t seem like a reason to sit Jelena for almost the entire game. Especially when scoring is such a difficult thing for this team

AJ was benched for the game after 1 min of total playing time. She did have a quick turnover but …….?
