First half, they out hustle the Beavs, and play better as a team. This is why the Beavs need these early season games. Much like early last year, the Beavs need to play better D. It hurts that Tea isn't available and that the Beavs guards are young. Mannion has done a nice job though, and Kennedy is playing well.
Beavs need to hustle more, rebound, and play D and they win. Otherwise, this won't go well.

Rueck is playing Brown at the 5 a lot, rather than Jones. One has to assume it's because Brown's defense is better than Jones against small, quick guards and forwards.

I didn't like having Corosdale and Mack both in the starting lineup last year and I like it even less this year.
Codding needs to show something. Nearly invisible tonight.
One thing is for sure, can't complain about refs making a bunch of ticky tack calls. Only 7 fouls total, 2 against the Beavs. There were barely any stoppages in a play for the entire 20 minutes.

Beavs not utilizing their height advantage at all. Getting run and shot off the court by quicker players, better ball movement, and better shooting by the Lancers.

We need to go to a zone put our bigs at top of key Can't... they move the ball too well and their bigs are decent. Already can't get to corner 3. OSU needs to stop getting into 3 pt contest and use their size advantage. They are going to shoot their 3's, not sure they'll keep it up at 47%. Pound the ball, be physical and get out of the zone a bit. |

Playing pretty soft and unsure in the offensive post and not giving a great target. *Just posted very strong with success! |

Mannen...super impressive. Had two shots that rimmed out too.
Greta was a game changer. Was nice to see her finally hitting some shots and asserting herself on offense.
