Pretty simple, can't hit abeach ball. Not sure why we SHOULD be invited. At this point, see if we can find even 2 threats at the plate next year. |

Yeah, I wish he would stop telling our players to not hit. Bad MC. Or, maybe it’s a talent issue. I’d say the player talent is there but so far the coaching talent is not Outside of Abel, which players do you see as being drafted in the top 10-15 rounds, much less rounds 1, 2 or 3, either this year or any other year? Any position players? We have two position players left from Casey's last recruiting class, kids who should be the Madrigals, Greniers, Kwans and Larnachs of this year's team as juniors. Fuchs and Gretler. Neither is a cornerstone player. Overall, our Nov., 2017, recruiting class was not good. The best player in it was Beau Philip and we only had him for a year. |

Different coaches then too. |

But the poster's point was there is plenty of talent on this year's team. As far as position players go, there isn't. And the one guy who can really play has been out for a month and won't play again this year. |

Because we lost a great game 1-0 yesterday? Today’s game isn’t over. Yesterday the excuse was Beck the Stanford pitcher. Did beck get the call again tonight? Tonight’s game sucked. The Beavs are not playing inspired ball…no breaks at the plate or in the field. And everyone is slumping. They need to break one open just to get the monkey off their backs. The team this year is inconsistent. They can match up against any team and the can lose to any team. The end to this regular season is pretty painful to watch, but just take each game at a time. |

That means o is eliminated of a share of the conference title. No accolades, no recognition, no banners, no pennant, absolutely nothing.

The look on the Beavs players in the dugout in the 7th showed they really didn’t want to be there.....no one trying to rally their guys. When we had Zona on the ropes in Game 3......that team believed that they could still rally....which they did to knock us out of a desperately needed series win. I just don’t see how this team will get out of a regional......hopefully next year MC will continue to learn and improve how to win games but it ain’t happening this year

This team isn't a NCAA tournament team the way they are playing. I sound like a broken record. Not only do we need guys to step up in 2022...we need the coaches to figure things out too. Mental toughness...it all starts at the top.
