Not my hero, for sure. I just miss $2.24 gas. I miss being able to buy OSB for $268 per 1,000 square feet. I miss a guy that would stand up for Israel, that would work to set up an international network to work against the Iranian mullahs, rather than trying to buy them off. I miss a guy that stands up for Life, Liberty and Property: the freedom to speak, the freedom to bear arms, etc. The inflation numbers come out tomorrow. Any guesses as to what they will say? Or the markets response? Or the spin thereafter? A fun article from The Guardian, of all places: www.theguardian.com/business/2021/apr/15/why-stagflation-is-a-growing-threat-to-the-global-economyThe crazies are going to be crazy. It is who they are and what they do. Michael J. Lindell has had to overcome a lot to get to where he is. You would think that he would be a little more humble? The guy is a nutball but makes a great pillow. I wish that Trump had not talked out of his a$$ so much after it was clear that Biden had won. There was a way to spin it to be honest and still defiant. But I wish that Clinton had not talked out of her a$$ so much after it was clear that Trump had won. When you whine and complain ad nauseum for four years, you more or less invite the other side to do the same ad nauseum. You cannot complain about the person you voted against doing it, when the person that you voted for did it last time. Romney was the last losing presidential candidate with any class. If, as you claim, Clinton whined for 4 years, no one cared or was listening. Whining about gas prices makes you sound poor. All your other blather is nonsensical, bordering on hysteria. Hope you feel better now. Picture from Bellerose, New York, today. There are a lot of poor people out there, I guess. And I care that this administration has unnecessarily made my life and their lives harder. Respectfully, not caring about gas prices makes you sound elitist. You must be very well off to not care one iota. I am ok with being hysterical and poor. I have been called worse.

Gasoline is important to a lot of people. Gas prices affect a lot of things, like food prices. A 43% increase in gas prices in the past six months hurts a lot of people. Stuff like that can make me hysterical.

When Trump lost the Iowa Caucus to Ted Cruz you know what trump said - the vote was rigged. A narcissist blames everybody for his failure because a narcissist can never be wrong.

It was not "fake news," which I consider a deliberate lie, like telling people the election was stolen when it has been demonstrably proven countless times, by multiple entities, that it was not and in fact may have been the fairest and most accurately-counted election in our history. The news was released by the county and then by OSU, who did not completely understand the state's Covid metrics and either overlooked or ignored the 15% increase in hospitalizations clause. OSU's mistake was repeated by the Oregonian; neither the OHA nor the governor ever released any statement moving Benton County to extreme. Your first paragraph is needlessly provocative drivel and eliminates any credibility that you might have with regards to the second paragraph. The losing side to an election in America always believes that the election is rigged or stolen, always. Hilary Clinton has asserted and continues to assert that the election was "stolen" from her. She said it at the 2020 Democratic National Convention. 2016 The 2016 election was stolen.
2017 The 2016 election was stolen.
2018 The 2016 election was stolen.
2019 The 2016 election was stolen.
2020 The 2016 election was stolen.
2021 The 2020 election was the fairest and most-accurately counted election in history. Your blue-colored glasses are deceiving you, brother. The Supreme Court of Wisconsin has found that the 2020 Wisconsin election, as conducted, was unconstitutional. Georgia set the record for biggest delta ever in a recount. And guess whose votes were overcounted and guess whose voted were undercounted. The manner that Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin ran their elections was unconstitutional. Time magazine ran a gushing 20+ page article in February 2021 describing how Democrats and Never Trumpers "conspired" (Time magazine's word) to "fortify" (read rig) the 2020 election. But, yes, fairest and most accurately counted. Sure. Why not? The 2016 election was the fairest and most accurately counted election in the history of all countries for all time. It also had a pleasant smell. Videos of election night in 2016 can cure diabetes and cancer. And chimps, who watched the results, are able to speak phrases and short sentences. My paragraph above is probably about as demonstrably true as your first paragraph. Fun stuff to watch, if you're bored: Fun article to read, if you're bored: thefederalist.com/2021/02/09/time-magazine-gushingly-profiles-the-successful-conspiracy-to-rig-the-2020-election/Democrats used money from American and European billionaires and tech oligarchs to out-spend, out-hustle and out-maneuver Republicans between 2016 and 2020 and set up the rules of the game to their benefit. That helped them to win the 2020 election. Good on 'em. Now, unless you're going to quit bad-mouthing Republicans' efforts to un-rig the 2022 elections, quit talking up your rigged 2020 election.Any attempt at election reform must be bipartisan. Otherwise, the party doing the “reform” will attempt to skew the results for their side, as we see with the Republican effort.

I asked, on this message board and of Nick Dashel, for a source and nothing has been offered. No official statement from OSU, just “sources.” So can you provide a link to the aforementioned release from OSU? It was a Twitter post that was deleted later in the day.

Elections have consequences..............this would be one of them. Oil moves cheapest through pipe-lines............Not that difficult. Go Beavs!! still not quite sure how this administration (or even the previous administration) should shoulder the blame for east coast pipeline hack/shutdown and Texas power grid failure. I am continually amazed at how many people don't get that Keystone XL was just an expansion of the existing Keystone pipeline that is currently pumping around 7.5 million barrels of oil a day to Texas. Gas prices went up with zero, absolutely zero, change in supply due to pipelines. Keystone XL, if approved, would of added, about a million barrels a day, potentially. about +15% capacity. Certainly not insignificant but ultimately debatable if necessary in an era of rapidly improving car efficiency and greater uptake of electric vehicles. They went up because Texas didn't winter proof and their refineries shut down. They went up because of basic demand with slow reopening. and now, on the east coast, it will go up because of a hack. And Keystone XL, even if it existed, would do nothing to ease an east coast pipeline problems, just like the current Keystone pipeline is doing nothing to help it. AND, even if Biden didn't revoke the permit, XL wouldn't be in place and pumping oil for a few more years. None of the above is directly attributed to federal policy, however it IS indicative of both failure of local policy as Texas specifically removed themselves from federal power grids to avoid "costly" federal requirements, and apparently cybersecurity standards. at the end of the day, I am not sure why any president should get credit for gas prices due to OPEC oil pricing strategies and the whims of a volatile commodity market.

"...due to OPEC oil pricing strategies and the whims of a volatile commodity market." We were at the point where we wouldn't have to worry about OPEC again, as the US now is capable of producing more crude oil than it uses. I believe it is more of the administration's message that we will phase out fossil fuels entirely that has created uneasiness in the markets. The US has abundant natural gas resources, the cleanest fossil fuel, yet there is a movement to outright ban the installation of natural gas in new houses! Eugene has gone so far as laying out a vision that would force people in houses supplied by ng to remove it! Where is the power going to come from people? The US needs power to continue advancing as a nation. Solar isn't going to cut it alone.
