Great news! Between she and Greta, Sasha and Savannah, and Kennedy and Taylor, that’s 3 straight years with high end talent from the Midwest and South. Scott and his staff are doing a great job of reaching out nationally, establishing strong relationships, and closing on talented and athletic young women.

Oops...not sure where I got the idea that Talia was from the Midwest or South. I attribute this to social distancing turning my brain to mush.

2022 recruits will now be looking at a very solid roster to join, well spaced from their perspective. Jones will be a senior, Brown (presumably) and Goforth juniors, and Von Oelhoffen and Kampschroeder sophomores. That's a very nice base, no matter how any of the others develop.

Wasn't going to bust your balls on it as that happens too much on here. OSU is very much a national destination now but keeping top local, OR and WA talent, is imperative.

They plucked a couple of highly regarded recruits from WA back to back years w/ Pivec and Corosdale, it had been a while.

Great get....An elite player...Stanford offer....Turned down the Washington schools, including Gonzaga....
I hope a few months down the road the program will offer an in-depth look at what is involved in recruiting a kid like Talia....It's not like she is a late bloomer.. She's been out there for a long time and every program in the country knows about her....Somebody obviously did a lot of work landing her.....
At any rate, it's a great start to the 2021 recruiting season, reeling in two of the very best guards in the country..... Now, there's a 6'2 talent in Southern Cal (Harvard Westlake) that I believe Rueck very much wants..... Her names escapes me at the moment, but she's no secret...Also a top 15 Hoop Gurlz.....
Totally impressed with Rueck and staff....How can I not be?🏀 GO BEAVS !!
