Here's something to keep in mind, and I'm not starting rumors, because this is already out there. draftlist.com is already throwing out the possibility of Destiny declaring for the draft after her junior year, and Destiny's mom, 'liked' the post on twitter when draftlist mentioned Destiny possibility entering the draft. That in NO WAY means it is going to happen, or that Destiny would even consider it, but when you have a talent like Destiny on your team, you always have to be aware that they may consider such an option.
Truthfully, I really enjoy Destiny's game, and I think she would improve immensely under SR the next couple years, but I would still feel pretty good about the point guard position with just Aleah, if Destiny were to leave. Evina would just be a great addition to play along side Aleah, or as wbb said, the three of them together would be a LOT of talent and a very tough backcourt/wing group to contend with.
Transferring has become a big part of Women's basketball, and as much as recruiting has always been very important, as well as fun to follow, transfers are also playing a big role for teams, and you don't need to leave the state of Oregon to see that (Slocum and Boli as examples). If the Beavs do not land the high school PG they want in this 2020 class, I would expect they would be very interested in Westbrook, or another quality PG via transfer.

I respectfully disagree with baseba1111's recommendation above. I often agree with his logic and basketball-educated insight, but this time would go against his "absolute NO. NO. NO." urging and would welcome Westbook's addition to the OSU women's basketball program.
Evina Westbrook would be an outstanding addition to the OSU program. She wouldn't "lose" a year of eligibility as noted above by bennyskid. My guess is that bennyskid is conveying that Westbrook would likely have to sit out a year and would still retain two years of remaining collegiate eligibility. Absent any "bullying" and/or poor treatment of Westbrook by the Tennessee coaching staff, Westbrook would typically have to sit out the '19-'20 season and then be able to complete her final two seasons at the college of her choice.
Tudor played with Westbrook for two seasons on the Cal Stars Nike Elite program and at basketball camps. Pivec played with Westbrook in the ECBA Swish Black program as well as at Chris Hansen's Elite Is Earned basketball camps. As documented above, McWilliams knows Westbrook's strengths and weaknesses as well as anybody after being teammates together for two years at South Salem HS. All three of those team-first players greatly valued Westbrook as a teammate and competitor. All three know what she is capable of adding to a strong mix of OSU players during the near future.
Westbrook is a potential lock down defender who would thrive in Rueck's defensive schemes. In the right system and playing for a coaching staff that develops talent like the OSU staff has proven to be able to do, Westbook would likely adapt her game to what OSU needs. Her physical tools are extensive and her basketball IQ is outstanding.
I have met her parents. Her mother is passionate about her daughter's basketball experience and that is often reflected in her Tweets and comments. However, she is also an extremely loyal fan of Evina's teammates dating back to the AAU level and lasting to her current collegiate team. She speaks from her heart and doesn't suffer fools gladly.
Should Westbrook reach out to the OSU coaching staff following the season and/or have her name entered by Tennessee in the "portal", I would be very surprised if the OSU coaching staff didn't strongly consider adding Westbrook to the roster for a variety of reasons. Evina can help this program.

She saw how two Oregonian girls had their talents wasted at Tennessee in Russell and Nared and still followed them there. She created her own drama a couple years ago with her signing. Drama seems to have followed her east. I'm not sure she wants a structured team, she went to Tennessee to have freedom on the court. When Destiny decided to transfer and contacted Rueck he told her to make sure she wanted to be a part of the team, not the part of the team. I'm not so sure that fits with Evina. Her drama or parental drama?

Well sh*t, I played at both Gill and Dixon. I even had a one on one meeting with coach Miller in his smoked filled office. "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink". Where's my varsity jacket.

Her drama or parental drama? She looked like a willing participant as she sat at the front of the room showing a 45 - 60 minute video of her high school highlights. This was intentionally done a day after everybody else signed in order to garner all the attention.

The entire Evina to transfer conversation, especially to OSU, is certianly premature....but, that's part of the deal on a b-ball forum....
Personally, I think bhf nailed the situation pretty well...
Evina is too much of a talent to turn down unless Coach views her negatives (whatever they are) as overpowering...But, since he recruited her hard 2 years ago he would have to do a u-turn in his thinking about her...
My guess is that the Cashmere wonder kid will figure into the equation in one way or another. It seems unlikely they will both end up in Corvallis...If coach had his choice between the two I think he'd take van Lith (sp?). And if she verbals to the Beavs I think that would make Evina think twice about the Beavs. But who knows? Stranger things have happened in OSU recruiting, like stacking three 6'7 - 6'9 players on the same roster - who's ever heard of that in WBB??
Bottom line: if Evina has any interest in OSU - go get her...She was for real 2 years ago and she is for real now.. GO BEAVS !!

Whoever gets her, probably for one year only. After sitting out a year and playing as a redshirt junior, she'd probably have her degree and be eligible to go pro.
Of course, she'll probably get some sort of hardship waiver for immediate eligibility, like the Georgia QB at Ohio State.

..and George Costanza was an architect. Costanza was also a briefly-employed hand model, but let's "iron" out the issue: we'd be foolish to pass her up.

I'm sure that SR would consult with Katie Mac before doing anything. Katie and Evina played together at S. Salem. And her HS Coach Nick McWilliams.

We were in her final choices. However, she pulled the same crap that queen i did the year before and the most recent #1 recruit did this last year ( although not to the extent of this last year's). Waiting until everybody else signs and then having a big "look at me" affair days or weeks later. This type of player is not the usual beaver. Besides, look up the box score of the LaSalle South Salem game. Aleah was able to shut Evina down. I like the point guard we signed Aleah must be the most overlooked recruit in women's basketball history. Every game she has played she's looked like the best player on the court. At this point I will say she's the player in the team. The Tres Tinkle of the women's team. Maybe better.
