Yeah, Wolf never got to visit OSU and all she talked about in interviews was how Neighbors was the first to come and check her out as a 5' frosh.

My theory is the more a state is locked down through the summer the harder it is to land the top recruits. No one wants to go online classes for the fall. Go where the state will be open. Kids are just that way to fully experience the college scene.

A 2021 point guard the Beavs are looking at is 6'1" Kimora Jenkins. If nothing else, you have to appreciate her ability to do push ups.

Someone should tell her it would be better to do them every other day!....they are a form of weight lifting and to make the most gains in strength and endurance your muscles need a dau off between sessions to recuperate and regenerate and make those gains....doing them everyday keeps breaking the muscles down before they get a chance to make any progress!

Bree Salenbien to Gonzaga. Bummer. Would have liked to see her with the Beavs.

Top 50ish point guard/combo guard Jzaniya Harriel just committed to Stanford. This is potentially beneficial for OSU regarding Talia von Oelhoffen. Beavers are competing mightily with Stanford for her and up to now, Stanford was not getting the guards they wanted for 2021. The more guards Stanford picks up for 2021 (excluding Talia of course) the better for OSU, at least theoretically. On the other hand, maybe Talia isn't worried about competition for PT at Stanford.

They are (with Hoopgurlz ranking): 2015 #38 Marta Sniezek 2016 #42 Anna Wilson 2017 #8 Kiana Williams 2018 #18 Jenna Brown 2019 #50 Hanna Jump 2020 #38 Jana Van Gydenbeck (I might have spelled that one incorrectly.) 2021 #52 Jzaniya Harriel So I can't say this surprises me. If Talia has her heart set on playing the point, however, and starting at that position as a freshman, she might be well served looking elsewhere.

Parents are involved here also and they do not want their kids going somewhere that their health is compromised!! I know if I had a daughter that age (at one time I did, two) I would be paying attention!

Of the 5 from that list who have made it to campus so far, only Sniezek and Williams have played significant minutes at PG. Wilson and Brown haven't made big contributions so far considering they were McD's AAs. Jump looks to have a future as a 2G, designated zone buster, but not a PG.

You will note that I wrote, 'listed as a point guard.' My only point was that Stanford recruits one every year, and most of them seem to be ranked closer to where Aleah was than Destiny coming out of high school. It strikes me as a smart thing to do.

I checked her Twitter site and found another recent Tweet showing her commitment to doing pushups. It is very uncommon to see a young female athlete churning out pushups on her own, especially one who at 6'1" likely has relatively long arms. Very impressed with her pushups form and work ethic. She has become my latest favorite point guard hopeful for the Beavs.

True. Goodman was ranked #63 overall and the #12 point guard by ESPN in the Class of 2017. Dan Olson had noted that she "drives and finishes in traffic." Hopefully, that part of her game will come out and show better during her senior year. If so, she will be a more offensive complete player and the Beavs will be in very good hands for her at the point. www.espn.com/high-school/girls-basketball/recruiting/player/_/id/217966

Agreed, Thousands and thousands of high school and college age kids have been sick or died and the states and federal government is involved in covering it up for that age group. They should stay close to home and play at schools closer to home in case they get sick
