With competitive balance and compensation picks, there will be 78 picks in the first two "rounds". Below is a link to the slot money for the first 10 rounds of the draft. Slot money doesn't guarantee anyone that bonus, but each MLB team is allowed to spend their total pool from the top 10 rounds on the first 10 draft picks without penalty. Going over the total cumulative bonus pool for your first 10 round picks brings penalties. That said, typically college Juniors receive relatively close to slot, HS Seniors often receive a bit more than slot, and college Seniors get drafted in the first 10 rounds so teams can use their bonus money on other players. Of course, there are always exceptions. Draft pool slot moneySome recent OSU signings for examples: OSU players from 2017: Drew Rasmussen, slot $2,134,900, signed for $0 - Rays declined to sign due to a bad MRI KJ Harrison, slot $666,600, signed for $666,600 Jake Thompson, slot $397,800, signed for $350,000 OSU players from 2016 Logan Ice, slot $892,200, signed for $850,000 Travis Eckert (senior), slot $192,500, signed for $50,000 OSU players from 2015 Andrew Moore, slot $852,800, signed for $800,000 Jeff Hendrix, slot $456,800, signed for $456,800 OSU players from 2014 Michael Conforto, slot $2,970,800, signed for $2,970,800 Jace Fry, slot $734,000, signed for $760,000 Dylan Davis, slot $622,300, signed for 650,000 Ben Wetzler (senior), slot $151,700, signed for $30,500 Scott Schultz (senior), slot $137,600, signed for $25,000

Ok, so who goes where?
MLB.com's experts have Nick going #3 to the Phillies this morning, Trevor going 21-25, Cadyn #68 (of top 200 prospects), Drew #200 (of top 200), then we have Greitler, Kwan, Fehmel, (maybe someone take a late draft flyer on Mulholland because I believe he is draft eligible), hoping for Luke, Kyle is starting to round back into shape after all the knee issues, maybe late round.
This will be the biggest draft class ever out of OSU, that I think is a safe prediction.

Just saw ex-Eugene TV sports anchor Stephen Nelson (KEZI?) on MLB Network with Pedro Martinez. Good for him, he's a good guy who loved covering the Beavers.
As far as Luke goes, you'd think MLB guys would trust Pat's evaluation of character. Can't remember a bad Beaver guy in pro ball. Travis Ekert has had some problems but he's not a bad kid.
