I see flashes of former UConn player Azura Stevens in Kennedy Brown. Both 6’6” and can shoot from 3. Inside and outside threats. Kennedy could make a push to start next season - so could Taylor. |

Nice drive from KB! If she continues to get quicker, she sill be a mtchup nightmare. Not many players can play the 3/4/5.

For those of you interested. I just watched Kennedy in her game against Lawrence Ks. Played March 2 in the Substate championship game. The reason this game is interesting is that she is facing some other players with good size which you don't normally see against the teams she plays against. More like the players she will be facing in college. I think one really big Sr girl on Lawrence is going to play for Kansas.
You can catch the entire game on The NFHS web sit. They broadcast a lot of high school games all over the country. You can open an account for free and watch the games after they have been played. To watch them live you have to subscribe.
Derby is playing again today in the State playoff but I saw no sign that those games will be broadcast over the NFHS network.
