I'm sorry... sort of embarrassed by some of the "sour grapes" crap being posted today... We're being beat by a deeper, better team at this point in time. Umpire... being paid off... being intentionally one sided... really? We have 3 hits over 14 innings... that doesn't win league game(s). There have been plenty of quality pitches to hit. PC is the decision maker, but it was unfair to expect Bryce to be effective in shorter than normal rest when he's not been in rotation. This was a team collapse... HC thru last guy on the bench... just as the successes were. Bad timing, but still a great season. No team will ever duplicate this record. The guys will be heart broken for a time if they don't come back, but they'll soon realize what an achievement they've accomplished. Yes. You are totally correct. But, that ump calling strikes in the other batter's box......and then, not calling the low strike zone. Just flustered the beaver lefties up. I know it goes both ways but it affected the Beavs more so as Madrigal and Harrison haven't been doing much lately from the right side, lately. Welp, I guess it's next year for PC and crew. And now, let's get ready for some football. Hoping for a 6-6 record and a trip to the something-something bowl in North Dakota sponsored by Ronco.....makers of the Bassomatic. Go Beavs!

1) didn't have our best pitcher 2) bad call on kwan's ball yesterday 3) umpires strike zone today OR 4) none of the above, we got beat by a team that was better than us when it mattered most. congrats and good luck to LSU

I was just curious because i was asked a few days ago would i support OSU beat LSU would i support OSU and i answered i would support whoever wins game 13 You're a good guy, Bayou Boys. Give everyone at least 48 hours to let this one sink in. Oregon State has not lost two straight in 407 days.

You need a little luck to win a championship. Or at least the chance to stay away from bad luck. The newspaper columnist was bad luck. Kwan's triple was bad luck. Today's strike zone was bad luck. Too much to overcome.

So is it to soon to ask if you all will be supporting the Tigers in the championship series Yeah good luck in the finals, but honestly I don't give an eff about the SEC. I'll probably catch a couple games at AT&T Park later this summer, but other than that baseball season's over for me. It was a fun ride while it lasted.

I had already said Congrats and good luck. Before the first game I had picked TCU to go so we'll see if I got one right! sir, you are a classy individual ha! My wife would very possibly question that, but thank you. You too! Being a long time OSU Beaver and KC Chiefs fan I've had no choice but to learn how to lose. Believe me, a season like this, while coming to a horribly disappointing end, is a very welcome event. Sure beats getting your head kicked in, or worse yet, just being mediocre for years. Again, fun interacting with you. Good luck seriously.

Well......sheeeeyit. No excuses. We aren't the friggin schmucks. Good pitching beats poor hitting.... Duh. Congrats on a great, great year, Beavs!! Hate to see it end this way.

Does anybody find it odd that the ESEC cameras know every LSU parent and where they are sitting but have we seen no OSU parents? They interviewed Kramer Robertson's mother. She gave the cameraman inside information... This might explain it... Kim Mulkey Interview
