Well, I was bummed I couldn’t tune in until now, 12 min to go. Now I’m depressed and super bummed because we’re down by 30. Disappointing. Click. What's worse... if possible... their best players aren't the cause of the beat down! Yikes

We’re being DOUBLED by a very average (at best) u$uc team that was ACTUALLY behind us in the PAC standings. The effort is there. I think. The direction/instruction/……what the hell else, is NOT. Good lord.

39-17 rebounding deficit. Two of our guards have ummm 3, leading the way. But hey! We have managed 9 assists so far

Rochelin needs to score or he’ll end the game with more fouls than points on the season.

After tonight there is a bright side we don't have last all to ourselves.

Ugly score.
Hopefully Rataj's injury is not serious. I didn't see an injury happen. Thought I saw him running slow at one point, I worry about him coming back too early from that shin injury at times.

I hope Barnes has a big donor or two that's willing to give up some big cash. He'll throw that money towards football. Wayne must have pics of Scott in an uncompromising position or something along those lines.

After tonight there is a bright side we don't have last all to ourselves. Still have the tiebreaker over USC. Oregon State would play Colorado as opposed to Utah, if the Pac-12 Tournament started today. Winner between Colorado and Oregon State would play Wazzu

Wayne must have pics of Scott in an uncompromising position or something along those lines. IF they keep Tinkle, I would hope the deep pocket guys would look at NIL and at leas make a plausible attempt to keep major players who are considering leaving for NIL. Kids who want to leave simply because thay want out of the program should be left to go their own way, but kids the staff seriously wants to retain and want to stay should not be leaving for outside offers without a relatively close matching offer to stay.... Even if a big donor hates our HC and/or staff, they have to realize the impression they are making on future applicants for those jobs. It's clear that OSU has not been very financially supportive of basketball for a long time. We've already had one coach leave the program and it was reported nationally he was frustrated about OSU's lack of men's basketball ability to be competitive in NIL. Ya think prospective future coaches here aren't aware of that?

Failure to support the program very well could lead to failure in hiring a good replacement. That's pretty much proven to be true so far, what makes you think it'll change? If I had 8 million plus to throw away this year, I'd say it's a steep price.... But, I'd be willing to blow 3-4 hundred k to keep our starting sophs another year and then pay million in a year IF it didn't pay off. It'd save money AND send a signal to potential coaching candidates that there's actual booster support, not just booster retribution, for OSU basketball.

We just got hammered by what was the worst team. You expecting the Beavs to win the pac12 tourney?

You don't need to hire a good replacement. A below-average replacement is where to baseline from, since it's better than Wayne. NIL donors want a coach to believe in, to trust, to gain confidence from...that's not Wayne.

Somehow teams like utah st, Colorado St, Nevada can have successful teams on a mountain west budget.
