You never answered who the winning football coach that he hired. Was it Mike Riley as consultant? I love the fact that Smith will always have a less than .500 record, but to try to say that he wasn’t a successful hire is just silly. |

What is Tinkles salary? Seems like we must be getting close to a buy out penciling out in terms of new coach salary, plus buy out, and Tinkles salary being about equal over the next few years. $2.7m base salary I believe. Base salary was $899,904 as of October 2023. I don't know what is added onto that figure. |

"Successful" vs "winning" which was the point that was brought up...two very different things. |

I searched it using bing and found a different list compared to the one I googled. The one from bing was a little newer. October versus April if you googled it.

But here is his first contract details: Base salary: Year 1 $300,000 Year 2 $320,004 Year 3 $340,008 Year 4 $360,000 YearS $400,008 Year 6 $440,004 Not going to paste more, but year 6 shoe, apparel, etc Como was $1 million+ There was sections if various other areas.
