I know it's a hot take, but what a great came! Real proud of my Beavers! Dawgs played hard and needed to make a few big plays to keep us from winning. They did it. Great game. Hate the result, but that was a classic! In denial much. Classic for who? Dawg lover. In denial? No. Dawg lover? No. Classic? Yes. Helluva battle. If you think I'm going to attack the Beavers or the coaches after a game like that, you're an idiot. Anyone who does is an idiot. Look at what we did to the vaunted Husky offense in the second half. They couldn't do squat in the second half. So screw you. I'm proud of my Beavers! They fought a helluva battle and showed a lot of heart!

Hate the result, but that was a classic! Yeah, I mean it went down to the wire and either team could have come out with a win. It was exciting. But it was pretty sloppy, both the play and the conditions... Was it? Sure, the conditions were terrible in the first half and they cost us at least 2 points. But look at the second half. All that I see there is tough football. We played hard on both offense and defense. It was awesome! Unfortunately, when we needed five yards, they rose up and defended us well. But what did UW's offense do in the second half. Missed Field goal. Punt. Punt. Run out the clock. I think they only got one first down in the second half. Pretty f%#*ing awesome!

Despite all the complaining about our defense during the game, they held a team averaging over 500 yards a game to under 280 yards. Yep, along with the rain...lol. But yeah, the corners had a great game and proved me wrong. Would have liked to see more pressure...still think Bray should have dialed up a few more wrinkles to amp up the pass rush. I don’t know that the rain was so much of a factor in the second half, where they had only a handful of yards

You believe in YMCA play where everyone get a ribbon at the end of the day. You are in awe and biased towards the dawgs, the traitor dawgs. The guys here thought the offense sputtered at times with the deep ball but you are just happy it was a battle. That is all. People like you just have low expectations still. This win would have meant so much but you are just happy with the battle. To each his own I guess.

The one to run out the clock. Something like that. Three first downs. Two on the drive that ended in a punt and then then the one to run out the clock.

It was pretty obvious that the rain had an effect on the pass game when it was coming down hard. But the defense played well throughout the game. Not taking anything away from it.

DJU is pretty good, but he's not him.
Also, hand it to the Dawgs D. They stepped up.
And we need some bigger receivers.

Is that the politically correct response? Go get in your bed and cry away. Not me. The unbeaten Huskies were lucky to get out of Corvallis with a win. I'm proud of the Beavs for the fight. I don't need to cry. Expectations for me are simple...Show improvement. And the Beavs have done that under CJS each year. This year, too. This game showed it.

Ball over the Punter's head won the game. I disagree, Wash was not the better team. 69 Yrd, 6 min. in the second half. What do you call that Winning the game.

OSU had several key penalties and was able to overcome most of them but that's still sloppy play. A couple of turnovers as well. And the safety. Etc. It was not a "clean" game, for either team. Otherwise, I'm not really disagreeing with you. The teams played hard and it was tough football. Sloppy does not necessarily result in a bad game from an observer's point of view.

I think we had 3 turnovers....And we still damn near beat them. My only regret is that Bray couldn't make the defensive changes on the fly in the first half. Whatever he did for the second half was gold, but we needed another stop in the first. Oh well. Nothing to hang my head over.

The one shouldn't count, because it was stupid for Muhammad to intercept that ball on fourth down. Cost Washington 25 yards. Then, I was pissed that Smitty didn't use a timeout to make them snap it again after the pick. Oregon State's other turnover was an interception, which only cost Oregon State 2:37 of game clock. The Beavers gained two yards after the defense held Washington to five yards on three plays.

When your QB sits in a clean pocket for 8 seconds and throws the ball 3 yards over the head of wide open recievers, you don't need taller receivers. You need an actual football player and not just a first off the bus caricature of one.
