In my opinion we are right morally and ethically and legally we just don't have the time to screw around with appeals. The other side knows this.

Assuming there will be appeals after today, the Pac-2 should see it through to the end. Short term stuff will no doubt be difficult to deal with but it will be worth it in the long run.

This is all going to the state Supreme Court and possibly to a federal court. You can see how it is being presented to do so. Across so many states and the like. It stinks so far. If that is the case, and we remain in limbo for the foreseeable future, we are cooked I saw where this was going over an hour ago. With things across state lines it heading that way. Now the little 10 are moving in that direction. |

UW attorney just fell into a trap. He was much better delivering his well rehearsed first round. Not as strong as our guy in the 4th though.
