I'm sure that there has been a lot more discussion regarding a settlement that hasn't been made public up to this point. Waiting for an appeal to go through the system would take forever and put is in a tough situation. |

I hate the idea of making threats, but if UW chooses to drag this out I wonder if there's an avenue for damages should they fail? |

my call OSU/WSU get 40% of the current revenue. The ugly 10 get 60%. We agree not to take it all, they agree giving us all other rights etc.

Anyone catch Canzano’s interview with an attorney knowledgeable of the case? I caught the last few minutes of the interview and sounded like he has a lot of insights.

If the Huskies appeal it to the Washington Supreme court which seems most probable it might not be decided until after Jan. 2024?
