Well, Oregon jumped all over APB early and has them more than doubled up at the half, 43-19. And they've had a few bad turnovers and missed lay ups. Probably should have 55 points at the half... |

And APB outscored them in the 4th quarter, when Oregon probably took their foot off the gas and had starters on the bench. Held them to 29 thru 3 quarters.

Just for fun, Beaver player power rankings after game 1.
1--Beers--19pts 14 boards on 8-12 shooting. How does she not start out at #1?
2--Hunter--many minutes with the ball in her hands. No turnovers, 6 assist, 14pts on 6-12 shooting
3--Paurova---13pts, 5 boards, and 3 steals. No other player had more than 1 steal. Freshman solid game.
4--Hansford--9 pts on 2-4 shooting, 3Rbs, 1 block and no turnovers in 19 minutes.
5--Gardiner--11pts, 6RB's but 4 turnovers kept her behind Hansford
6--Rees---7pts, 5 boards, 2 blocks, but 2 TO's and 3-7 shooting
7--Von Oelhoffen--4pts, 5 boards, one steal in 15 minutes
8--Pietch--2pts, 2 assist, 3Rbs in only 13 minutes
9--Marotte---2pts, 3 assist, 4rbs, but 1-7 shooting
10--Blacklock--2pts, 2Rbs in only 6 minutes
11--Shuler--2pts, 2 rebounds, 1 assist in 9 minutes in her first game as a freshman

Don't look now, but APB is in a tight game with ranked Mississippi St. early in the 4th quarter. Their record on the year is only 1-3, but looks like they aren't playing like it today.
