Also, if al teams go 1-1, then highest seed moves on...so Beavs really just need to win 1 game...need to beat whoever wins Tuesday game to move on....but probably need 2 wins on Weds/Thurs or win Pac-12 tourney to Host... I may be befuddled, but I think there is at least 1 scenario in which a single Beaver win would not allow them to advance to semi-finals: Beaver's Pool ends: ASU 0-2; OSU 1-1 and UA 2-0 Stanford's pool ends with either Cal or Ducks at 2-0, and Stanford finishing 1-1 UW's pool ending with ANY team finishing 2-0. In that case, Stanford, being the higher seed at 1-1 would be the Wild Card and advance to the semi-finals, and Beavs are done. If (1) Arizona finishes 2-0, (2) Cal or Oregon finish 2-0, and (3) Stanford finishes 1-1, Oregon State does not advance to the Semifinal. If (1), (2), or (3) does not happen, Oregon State advances to the Semifinal. |

Maybe Cam Walty?? But I doubt it....
Arizona/USC played Friday/Friday/Saturday last weekend because of weather on Thursday and Walty threw 102 pitches on Friday...maybe he pitches on Wednesday but guessing not?
Zastrow also started other Friday game and threw 71 and Nichols started Saturday and threw 51

Zastrow threw 44 today in relief too...very interesting
My guess is Tonko Susac starts or possibly Nichols on short rest after the 51 on Saturday?

So, Susac or Nichols look available at least for a bit.
Basically has to be all hands on deck for these guys I guess.

Friday to Wednesday is MLB-full rest. I am guessing that Zastrow is a no-go. So, probably Nichols or Walty with Nichols being more probable? |

For the final game of day 1, Cal going with weekend starter Becerra, who started Friday against the Beavers. o going into their bullpen with Grinsell, making his first start of the season after appearing in 24 games.
