6-6 guard who spent his freshman year at Campbell. Averaged 12.5 ppg, 5.8 rpg and 1.3 apg. Averaged almost 18 ppg his final 10 games of season. Only shot 32% from 3, but a good free throw shooter and a 48% shooter overall leads one to believe that his outside shot could improve.

The interest in this guy makes me wonder how well the recruiting of the portal is going. He’s 6-9 and considered athletic, but did very little at Washington. Anyone know anything about this guys game? Has a heart condition, but not sure that has anything directly to do with his lack of playing time. Anyone have any insight?

A 7-footer who evidently the Beavs recruited out of HS. Didn’t do much his freshman year — averaged 5 mpg, 1.6 ppg and 1.6 rpg in 26 games. His best game was 6 points and 7 rebounds in 9 minutes in a 2-point win on the road against Rider. Would certainly appear to be a project, but 3 years of eligibility left.

Another player in portal who Beavers have reached out to. He’s a 6-5, 220 lb forward. Played at Missouri his freshman year, but didn’t get much PT. Only shot 40% overall and 31% from 3 this year at Austin Peay. He did have 4 double doubles and 5 games when he fell a rebound or two short.

No mention that Beavers have reached out, but he’s from Portland and Tinkle recruited him out of high school. Not great stats, but looks like he had a few fairly nice games.

Didn’t see that in the comments. I did see same announcement from a different source, but they could have got their info from same place/person. In these cases, often where there is smoke there is fire. Guess we’ll have to wait and see.
Do you know anything about him as a player? Played at Jefferson I guess. By just lookin at his game by game stats, looks like would be a good add with potential.

Listed at 6-8, 220, and appears to be grad transfer. Doesn’t appear to be a world beater (have not seen him play, just going off stats). Team played Stanford and Washington this past season and he went 7 and 4 and 10 and 7 against them respectively.

Just saw that this guy withdrew from portal and is gonna run it back with Campbell. |
