2nd half obviously went much better. Had we switched to man to man D much earlier we may have had a shot to make it much closer. Zone was getting shredded w treys. Akanno and Ryuny did virtually nothing. Bench looked a lot better

Too busy watching the boys play with heart to waste my time reading Debbie Downers post garbage. It was great to see the Beavs playing hard and win the second half. I dont think its being a Debbie Downer to notice we are subpar at passingly and to hope for better. I didn't say a word a out Tinkle 😉 Arizona looked like they were more-talented but sloppy. Oregon State played aggressively but in control in the second half. If the second half Beavs had shown up in the first half, Oregon State wins it in a boat race. Hopefully, we see that intensity carry over into the game against the Devils. |

WT's landmark games were the 2021 Pac12 wins that led to the Pac12T title and his 3 wins in the NCAA following that. 2 separate tournament runs that provided the greatest season in modern day MBB history.
It's too painful for the MBB haters to talk about so I will.
This team fought last night and cut it to 10 in the 2nd half. And that was missing their starting center and guards Wright and R5.

Yeah valid concerns of his overall record are definitely over shadowed by a 10 game miracle run. This team is like the others but lacks the star power to win. WT adjusts slowly on defense and offense, no real identity on either side of the ball and communication remains poor. Same old same old. That .500 record goal isn't looking good. |

Now you're comparing the MBB team to the 1980 US Olympic hockey team? You're way out over your skis now.
Every one of the those MBB wins in the Pac12 tournament was earned by the players and coaches.
Every one of the those NCAA wins was earned by the players and coaches.
2 separate tournaments and the greatest MBB season in your lifetime, that's why WT is still the coach.
And now it's just killing you that this team is playing their tails off out there, and all you can do is hate.

No body cares how many times you beat Bushnell or Florida a&m, Not including pac12 tournament games tinkle has one winning league season. |
