I’d like to know what her wingspan is. Her reach looks a lot higher than her height suggests. The NBA is filled with players that are around 6’8” with over 7’ wingspans. Beers strikes me as being in that mold. She "plays tall", I think, for example, watching her in HS against Lauren Betts (6'7") she gave her a lot of problems. Arms do look long, great pic, intimidating: View AttachmentCan I say I love it every time I run across this post. That picture is pure gold. Thanks for posting greybeav.

This one is my new favorite; I have to believe nobody in D1 wants to body her up: pbs.twimg.com/media/Fla2b5rXkAUH2Ym?format=jpg&name=900x900

The matchup against Utah and Pili should be quite the game.

The difference between them is Pili outside shot. We need a wing to guard Pili because of her inside / outside game. She is talented in all three phases like Timea. Put Timea on her Pili will have the worst game of her year. We will shed tears for her diminished game......rrrra

Raegan is amazing. Thanks for sharing sewingbeaver. It was great to get to see more of Raegan's personality. She is all about her teammates! As good as a basketball player as she is, she is an even better person. It's going to be a fun four years with her! Go Beavs.

Thanks for posting. Good to see she has the "go beavs" at the end down. For several years now a player ends an interview with it.

After Arizona State game today, Beers has 10 double doubles in 16 career games and now has 5 in a row. Historical team stats are found in the media guide here: osubeavers.com/documents/2022/10/31/2022-23_Media_Guide.pdfPage 56 is the double-double records page, and you can find some interesting numbers: - Most double doubles in a ROW is 10 (Carol Menken) - The top 10 list for most in a ROW has 1 instance of 10 in a row, 3 instances of 6 in a row, and 6 instances of 5 in a row. Beers would now be on this list (top 11?) - The top 10 list for most double doubles in a SEASON ranges from 19 (Carol Menken) to 12 (several players). Beers is within 2 of making this list with at least 14 games to go this season. - The top 10 list for most double doubles in a CAREER ranges from 55 (Carol Menken) to 18 (Felicia Ragland). Beers is within 8 of making this list halfway through her Freshman year.

Really nice pass, those two do have some chemistry. The assists go both ways.
If Reagan can get anywhere close to Menken that will be something.

Now Curry from California last year got freshman weekly honors at least 5 to 7 times from beginning of season last year till end. I looked yesterday and Beers had the best over all games of all freshman this week also Basically she had a very good double double 20/12. Next best freshman was Lynnwood Jones UCLA who scored 22 points but didn't match Beers with her overall stat line of play. I vote Beers again because her stat line was over all excellent. Pts 20 rbs 12 stl 2 and blocks 2. That's an outstanding line, and I know I'm playing favorites! sorry. Friday she was best also. vanslooten was close but not close enough stat line wise! Go beavs it will be interesting to see if she gets it again

UCLA only played one game last week, so they could give the award to Londynn based on her 22 points, but Raegan amassing the numbers she did over 2 games deserves the award. Pac12 could be reluctant to give it to her though since she won last week, just like they didn't give Raegan the Conference Player of the Week award last week even though she had the best stats with 3 double doubles.
