Conforto on the IL, hamstring issue. Conforto rehabbed in Sacramento for three days and came off the IL at the beginning of last week. |

Garret Forrester skips the FCL and goes straight to A Bradenton. Forrester started at third and hit in the cleanup spot. Forrester reaches in four of five plate appearances. His one out was a foul tip for strike three. Although Forrester reached four times, he was stranded each time, including getting stranded at third three times. Forrester caught the one ball hit his way. Mikey Kane draws the short straw and winds up in Glendale. Glad that he got paid, but another year in Corvallis beats August in Glendale.  Keep telling yourself that it's a dry heat............ The season's over for the Glendale White Sox. Kane finished 9/24 with four walks in seven games. All of the 2022 position draftees were promoted after the ACL and FCL seasons ended last year. I am curious, if Kane will be promoted, as well. Mikey Kane was promoted to A Kannapolis. |

The season's over for the Glendale White Sox. Kane finished 9/24 with four walks in seven games. All of the 2022 position draftees were promoted after the ACL and FCL seasons ended last year. I am curious, if Kane will be promoted, as well. Mikey Kane was promoted to A Kannapolis. Yes, he started there this year. |

Caleb Hamilton was released at the end of June. Finished his career with 1 MLB hit. Did he retire? He was released from the Angels. Teams always need catchers and lefties, though, so he may show up again. He is in his ninth year of professional baseball. |

Jacob Melton got promoted to AAA Sugar Land. Constellation Park, the home of the Space Cowboys (really?) is about a 45-minute drive from Minute Maid Park, the home of the Astros.

People love to buy quirky uniforms and ball caps from minor league teams with oddball names. Names like: Portland Pickles, Amarillo Sod Poodles Fort Myers Mighty Mussels Rocket City Trash Pandas Richmond Flying Squirrels Among others. |
