The WAVOR game will be streamed at the link below, it isn't on the current schedule, shows on the upcoming schedule, April 2nd, no info yet on cost , if any. The previous games shown at the link below are free to watch so... In case it wasn't obvious, WAVOR stands for WA vs OR, formerly NW ShootOut. Again, both recruits are playing, and on the same side for once, before they hit the OSU campus. www.oregonsportsbeat.com/

Kennedie and Donovyn have been the best two players in the game in the first half. 13 points and 6 rebounds for Hunter and 10 points and 7 rebounds for Shuler.

I was really impressed with Hunter in this game. Court vision, passing ability, driving ability, and she can shoot. And between Hunter and Bell I'd take Hunter. They have roughly comparable physical abilities, but Hunter thnks about how to use everyone on the court and Bell is more oriented toward how she can score. Not a knock on Bell, she can and will pass, just a difference in priorities. And OSU happens to have a need for a PG.
Shuler performed well, but I think will need a year of work to figure things out at the collegiate level. She made some bad decisions on passes and tried to thread the needle when it wasn't needed and made some wrong choices on defense. But if she gets open she can knock down the shot and make the open pass. This game was all college level players and the speed was getting to Shuler, while Hunter had no problems with it.

Donovyn was the best player on the court by far. It is going to be a lot of fun watching her continue to develop the next 4 years. Kennedie was the next best, her numbers might have been better but she was moved to the second group in the second half to shore them up. It worked, the first half the first group would expand the lead and then Washington would come back on the second group. In the second half with Kennedie on it the second group was able to hold their own.
It is great that the three best players from Oregon are going to stay home.
