Competition** DH Competition? Yes, but I think you will just see a platoon type system. You have one lefty hitter and one righty. It’s a good thing to have to capable catchers than can hit. |

Thanks for the info Smails. Did he play high school ball in Corvallis? I assumed he was Oregon St, I probably saw Corvallis on a baseball card or biography somewhere. Yes, with Jim Wilson (Beavs color commentator) Pretry sure Jim Wilson went CV, not CHS. Mickey Riley did play with Harold. Edit...they may all have played legion together...I can't recall but those were some ridiculously good teams. My brother played on 77 team and I think 78 team was better |

haha, gotta chuckle. Remember the Pure Orange days, bigtailwhap grew up with the Reynolds boys. When Harold had some issue and was dropped by a national baseball broadcast, (perhaps a domestic thingy,) Whap came on and said it's BS, mama Reynolds would never raise a kid that would do such a thing. Someone then reminded Whap that's Harlod's brother was in prison at the time.

Sued them and and got a multi-million dollar settlement. So, he’s been good. |
