Longest home run I've seen hit by a Beaver - and I've seen some beauties, including Jacoby Ellsbury's shot down the leftfield line that reached the edge of Washington Way - was Jim Wilson against Washington State in the 1982 season finale. Was hit just left or right of the lamppost beyond left-centerfield and reached the back row of the parking lot. If marking it off on GoogleEarth is to be believed it was right around 500 feet.

Adley hit one off the restaurant facade at Safeco vs. Coastal Carolina. That was a shot. Against Minnesota? Nobody homered in the Coastal Carolina game. Correct. I was there with my buddy who is a Minnesota grad. Even he was impressed with that shot. And they retrieved the ball and handed it to Adley. What a shot that was!

Liked the bat flip by Melton on his grand slam.

A buddy of mine said Adley's blast at Surprise was the longest ball he has seen hit there...including major leaguers. He was my old high school baseball coach.
