That's NOT just a gut punch. Semi-fatal blow. Corvallis IS ahelluvalong ways from the rest of civilization. I'm in agreement that NOT having school in session may have contributed to this. Whatever the cause.....damn.

Whatever the cause.....damn. Not only not having school in session, but also the two shut downs where they were isolated for weeks at a time, not being able to go home once, and her father not being able to go to games. I think she knew it was going to be tough leaving home, but the pandemic made it unbearable. I think Aleah would be up to the challenge of try to lead this young team. Next year could still be a bit of a rebuilding year. |

This is about as bad of news as the Beavs could get. Makes it even worse that the Beavs lost top quality players two years in a row. Recruits are probably wondering what is going on. Transfer portal....need help!
