Man, where were you the past few years where he’d mess the call up so badly that you had no clue what really happened without checking the Stats page? This year, his gaffes have been pretty limited. You kidding me? I've been listening all the while....I know the warren deal....he's still just as bad btw. He hasn't learned a thing about situational baseball

He’s not really getting much better.

How can anybody be “the same pitcher” as the guy who heroically finished game 2 and dominated game 3 of the college World Series? He doesn’t have the same team behind him. I think it’s a lot easier batting when you’ve got a lead on a frightfully cold hitting team. If I were a Wazzu player, I would be aggressive at the plate. Why not? The game has a lot of nuance. Okay. I was more talking about his need for the surgeries affecting his pitching consistency. I think you are saying his issues are mental. I understand the pitching like kicking is a lot of a mental game. I also understand that if we move him back in the weekend that will not help him. I guess like you I should just trust the coaching staff but then again they are also in the mode of having to prove themselves. Perhaps this analysis is too early and I should wait until mid-April? Oh, I suspect he is learning how to pitch with his repaired arm. And that probably means he pitches differently. But I think pitching is really elusive and to be able to consistently dominate is out of the question. Still, Abel pitches well. And if the batters could give him a little support, it’d make his job a lot easier. Don’t count him out.

Seriously. I mean maybe the whole calling kids different names for like an inning and a half...haven't heard that so much. But the " I have no idea what a balk is". He says that like every game.....he just doesn't study the game and it's obvious

It would be a lot easier to listen to JW, or any one for that matter, if we could score runs

I’ll admit I haven’t heard him get completely lost and call stuff as if he were watching a different game that’s going on inside his head, but he still makes a lot of glaringly obvious mistakes no one should make.

I foresee continued lineup changes. Forester and Mcdowell are in.
Casey is a K machine. At what point does his name not protect him?
