As of now:
11:30am- UO @ Stanford (playing in Santa Cruz), game is being repeated at 2:30/8:00pm. 6:00pm: Utah @ USC
*Col/UCLA game paused because of COVID results at UCLA *#1 Stanford has been playing "on the road" since the beginning of December. *At this moment, unranked Tennessee is giving #13 Arkansas a run for it's money on SEC Network.

Actually, I'm not 100% certain that UCLA's problems are COVID-related. Their roster was down to 8 eligible players against UO. And now the SEC ticker is saying that they lack the 7 scholarship players necessary to complete a viable roster.

She played well tonight, but looked *very* average her first two games. They have no post players. She’s usually the second, third, or fourth scorer, but not the first option she would have been at OSU. She does get a lot of minutes there though.

I don't subscribe to oregonlive but they have a headline that reads:
With COVID-19 running through Oregon State’s basketball programs, is the time coming to consider shutting down the season?

I don't subscribe to oregonlive but they have a headline that reads: With COVID-19 running through Oregon State’s basketball programs, is the time coming to consider shutting down the season? Here is Nick Daschel's article that you are referring to: At what point does Oregon State basketball say, we fought the good fight, but basketball is finished for the 2020-21 season? In short, not yet. OSU athletic director Scott Barnes said Thursday the athletes will drive that decision, if it ever comes to that. It wouldn’t be an unprecedented move. The Duke women’s team ended its 2020-21 season after four games due to COVID-19. The Ivy League canceled all winter sports, including basketball. “If there’s ever a point where (playing) is not something that they want to do, then we’ll certainly listen to that,” Barnes said. Barnes is regularly in communication with coaches and player leaders. He said there is a student-athlete advisory meeting next Monday, and “we’ll be taking the temperature and seeing how they’re feeling.” There are financial implications to canceling a basketball season, particularly for the men. Teams must play at least 15 games to qualify for a slice of the Pac-12′s NCAA tournament revenue. To date, the Oregon State men have played nine games, the women six. Pac-12 men share regular-season television revenue, based on the number of games each team plays. If Oregon State has to cancel some games or the rest of its season, its share of the regular-season television revenue pool would shrink based on the number of games the Beavers played. There is virtually no regular-season television revenue in women’s basketball. They play most games on the Pac-12 Network for exposure. As for making up all OSU games that are postponed, Barnes said that’s more likely for the men than women because of scheduling flexibility. The men have fewer conference games — 20 vs. 22 — and an additional week of the season. Oregon State already has had five Pac-12 women’s games postponed, against Washington, UCLA, USC, California and Stanford. Barnes said he doesn’t foresee the Beavers successfully rescheduling all five games, but perhaps one or two. It’s also possible more postponements are on the horizon. Barnes said when the Pac-12 developed a 22-game women’s conference schedule, it was done with the thought that COVID-19 situations would cancel some games. The men have three postponed games in USC, Utah and Colorado. Barnes believes there’s a good chance of rescheduling those games, but again, more postponements are possible. Basketball is proving to be tougher to pull off than football on the COVID-19 front. It’s an indoor sport where the virus can linger. Plus, basketball’s roster size, which is 15 vs. football -- with more than 100 players -- allows for less flexibility. “As we’ve learned, one positive based on contact tracing can put the whole team out,” Barnes said. “It certainly is more challenging.”

Ironically she is playing like a true point guard when they let her handle the ball. She was hitting her threes yet one time, she was in the corner wide open jumping up and down waving her arms for a good ten seconds, with no one withing ten feet of he, while the player with the ball dribbled oblivious. I suspect she might be regretting her decision to transfer. Arkansas was not in this game from the beginning tip off. They have no second options once their primary game plan doesn't produce.

It has been close to 3 weeks since they played their last game. One has to wonder, when the team is allowed to return, will they be ready to play games immediately? How much of a competitive disadvantage will they be at due to lack of practice/conditioning? I am sure the players will want to keep playing, but at what point does it become a lost season? This is obviously uncharted territory...

I don't see how Destiny could be regretting her decision when you compare where the two programs are right now: playing and ranked 13th (for now) to sitting idle and unranked. I have to say it's really awkward to see her in a Razorback jersey.

She’s their 2nd leading scorer, but the 4th option....yeah right. In big games (Baylor, Maryland, FGCU + SEC games), she is consistently second-fourth in minutes played and shots taken. She led OSU in FGA last season, taking nearly 50 more shots than Pivec (who was second in FGA). In three SEC games, she is the third leading scorer and third in minutes. Anyone can pad their stats against Central Arkansas, Pine Bluff, UL Monroe, etc. In this specific game, she was very much a fourth option. Didn’t say every game she was, but there have been games where she was:

Definitely, though, given the exact current circumstances, had Slocum been enough to avoid losses to WSU and Utah (and I think many here think she would have been), even with a loss to UO we would probably be top-15.

Even if they return to the court, this entire season (for OSU and really the NCAA) is a bust. I hope this provides motivation for Aleah to stay on another year. We could use her next year with the incoming freshman guards, and, we will have Kennedy back. Next season looks a whole lot more promising. Right now, espn's WCBB 64-team bracket doesn't have OSU playing in the tournament--OUCH!
