Colorado got a good beatdown courtesy of tsdtr yesterday (though they only trailed by 8 at half) - lost by 29. They're now 2-1 (Lopsided Wins vs. Western St. & Air Force - AF not known for their Women Athletics...typical graduating class has <300 females / "Western State" Colorado Mountaineers are NCAA/Div. II).
They start 1 Soph, 3 Jrs and a Senior - so it's a true veteran team. They were 5-13 last season, in Conference.
They only shot 4/18 from three-point vs. ucks. That would be a nice development, as compared to the OSU - USF game.
Their Senior (Hollingshed) is 6-3. Big time rebounder. She averaged 13 points / 7 rebounds last season - all PAC 12 Hon. Mention. In first 3 games this season she's grabbed 11, 11, and 3. She picked up 5 fouls in 19 minutes vs. tsdtr. Surely limiting her rebounding.

What I saw from Colorado is they play hard--no quit in their players. The Colorado center/forward who is wide and athletic could get Taylor in foul trouble. Taylor needs to play smart tomorrow and avoid fouls. Colorado is not as good as 3-point shooting team, but they are athletic and scrappy on the boards. We will need to match their hustle tomorrow.

Hollingshed on Subasic is a mismatch for CU. Taylor on the bench with 2 early fouls.
