I really like this team. For a third game and with the messed up last year they look pretty damn good.
Sasha is really frickin' good. Both ends of the court.

pretty impressive to beat a Pac team handily when Taylor only scores 3 points. Scotty's got a lot of weapons! Sasha is almost "there" already! Man, she just glides! Give Jelena time. She'll be fine! Beav On!!

I thought that was generally a pretty solid performance from the team. Hollingshed is a handful, really like her game. Some additional thoughts:
- Aleah “not a Pac-12 PG” Goodman looked very good. She was hitting shots and running the show at a high level. Even created her shot a few times. She’ll have to be durable this season, though a few other players stepped up when she was out.
- Mack and Corosdale both do a nice job passing. They combined for 9 assists from the forward positions, which is solid. Hopefully Mack can build off of her offensive performance, and hopefully Corosdale can start knocking them down.
- Jones was obviously limited by foul trouble. She needs to be smarter and more aware, but she’ll get there. We’ll need her for more than 11 minutes.
- Goforth is a stud. Hit some clutch jumpers and defended on Sherrod at a high level.
- Jelena “hopefully we don’t have to play her more than 10-15 minutes a night” Mitrovic ended up playing 18 minutes and had a solid Pac-12 debut for a freshman. Obviously a lot to work on, but if she can build off of this she should be a serviceable back up for Jones.
- Jasmine really improved this off season. She’s starting to look more like the player we had expected her to be the best two years.
