Thanks grey beav exactly what I was hoping for people to see! The thing I’d like people to think about is that if we have talented posts, as these and others are, on our team. Wouldn’t that also be a selling point for recruiting the kind of guard that can slash and penetrate pass and as this person draws defenders down the key. Opening up passes lanes to these post players? We need that and it will cut down the forced turn overs of many of our attempts to dump pass down low from our perimeter passers? One man’s opinion. Go beavs

In watching the video/new story on the article, there is a faceup move by Raegan on Betts that is impressive, we don't have anyone on our team currently who's making that move. With more Raegan coming in and a workable shoulder health by TJ, we should be in really good shape at the 5 next year, even more so if Jelena continues to show physical improvement.

Love that article! Thanks for posting greybeav!!! One thing that I think is cool for Beaver fans to know, and for Raegan as well, is that she has already played against the very best at her level. As you can read in the article, not only have Raegan and Lauren played against each other numerous times, these two have practiced against each other often. Along with that, Raegan has also played against Isuneh Brady (Hoopgurlz 2022 #5 recruit, #2 Post, UCONN commit), so Raegan has faced the toughest Post playing at her level. I don't know if Raegan will be a Post for the Beavs. My hope is that she will we a PF at least the first couple years while Taylor is around. Either way, she's a beast. Expect big things from her from the beginning! We should all be super excited she chose the Beavs.

Both Timea and Reagan have great outside shooting mechanics. I wonder where they got that from. But strength is probably why and big hands maybe. I hope a lot of people zone us when they are at OSU.

Saw Raegan's semi final game tonight, tight game through 3 ,then her team, Valor Christian got ahead in the 4th and stayed ahead. They won 65-49, Raegan had a great game, she had 20 pts by the 3rd and 8 for 8 free throws, no final stats that I can find but she scored a lot in the 4th, tons of rebounds, few blocks, assists, etc.
Fun Facts, Raegan's coach played for Kim Mulkey at Baylor, Kindyll Wetta (exceptional freshman guard for Colorado) played for Valor Christian also.
Colorado state final on sat.
