Raegan plays Lauren Betts, Jan 8th, hoping to see it , maybe, somewhere. It is mentioned in a previous post. I confirmed that Raegan has a freshman sister on her team, as does Lauren Betts, all this happening 16 miles apart in CO. Beers looks good in highlights against 6’7”, made 2 blocks, 2 3-pts shots and good pass. Can’t wait to see her in orange and black! |

Raegan struggled some in Valor Christian's loss to Grandview - 12 points (5-19 FG, 2-7 3FG, 0 FTA), 6 rebounds, 5 steals, 3 assists, 3 turnovers, and 1 block. Betts is a very good defender and likely had a lot to do with Raegan shooting 5-19 from the floor. Raegan's team is missing one of their better players, so hopefully the two will have a rematch in the state championship.

I didn't see it, but from what I read/heard, Raegan tried to take it right at Betts a few times. Betts is a tough one to beat with that long reach. Betts only had 10 points, so her game was underwhelming as well. |
