I think it is a mistake to dismiss Graves in their recruiting success. He has obviously created an attractive culture. Like him or not, if you have ever heard him speak or being interviewed he is charismatic and personable. I don't care how good the assistants are, and I am sure they are good recruiters, you don't have the recruiting success they are having without having a head coach who is a big part of that success.
Bottom line they have raised the bar, it is now up to OSU to match or exceed it

Minyon Moore announced she is transferring to uo. Well, she apparently will be eligible for 1 year and can play immediately. It's a good move on her part. She will be able to play on a team ranked pre-season number 1 and one of the top 2 favorites to win the National Championship.

Get a new recruit that recruits other players. There is a telling podcast here that sheds some light on this domino effect. It was recently put up on Oregonlive regarding tsdtr.

it is an accumulation of things. In all sports the words you usually hear as to why a player chose a specific school are "comfort level with players and coaches, family feel, felt like home" which can all be summed up under culture. I think oregon brought in a number of their commits on the same weekend in the Fall so they could build relationships. There does seem to be momentum in recruiting, once one or two players commit, others are likely to follow. Hopefully the Beavs will get the ball rolling soon with a commit soon.

Arizona has added quite a few transfers since Adia Barnes took over. They added 2 more. Grad transfer Amari Carter from Penn St. (2nd team all conference in '17-'18) and Shaina Pellington from Oklahoma, former Big 12 Freshman of the year. Assuming Pellington will have to sit out next season.
