So I don't know what the radio situation is in Portland. Both 620 AM and 103.7 FM are doing their normal regular programing. It should be 620 since its a start time after 5:00.

SD Pitcher has an ERA of just over 10....a not too horrible WHIP of 1.60 2.00. Anything can happen in Baseball.
