127 pitches is one thing when your guy is in the 9th and trying to finish a CG shutout, etc....but a 13-hitter in the 7th?? T. Smith is no friend of his players.

Beavs go up 6-5 on SF. What’s with T. Smith? pitcher gassed....nearing 120 pc ....and working on a 13-hitter. just glad to be here? It's not broken (yet) so they aint fixing it? Deal with the devil you know? cliches are my friend. flip your question on the beavs- how many pitches from Pierce before you cash him in? He has looked good but he is definitely spending himself fast. and here comes Mulholland. First good timing decision i have seen Yeske make in a while. |

Thank you Mr. Pierce... and Jake... 5 IP of 1 run ball with 6 k's and 1 BB... a decent 77 pitches.
And UW getting swept(maybe... was 5-1) today by WSU... 4-1/5-4... in B9 right now after a 2 run HR. WSU trying to "coug it"... HBP, sac bunt... runner at 2B ties it...
And... they do... tied... error allows lead run to 2B!

I don't know the back story on Kwans Dancing Queen walk up. He may very well be a prophet for things to come. Abba just recorded their first work in 35 years. One of the songs is titled "I still have faith in you". I'm thinking they'll need to come to Corvallis and perform at the victory party.
