Ouch... looks like the pen better show up today. Grant already at 30+ pitches in the top of 1st...
1-0 ASU with 1st/2nd and 2 out.
Line out to SS ends further damage... I had 35 pitch inning.

8 spot K swinging for 2nd out... 9 hole walked on 5 pitches... bringing Torkelson with a guy on/2 outs
1st pitch swinging... thank you F8... inning over... 2-1 OSU

I about crapped my drawers when MP said that there were bodies headed HEADED! to the BP, when it would have made more sense for them to already be warmed up and Nate or Pat HEADED to the mound. This is once again ON the Coaching Staff.

Deal with the devil you know? cliches are my friend. flip your question on the beavs- how many pitches from Pierce before you cash him in? He has looked good but he is definitely spending himself fast. |
