There are no bonus style points for made 3-point shots. And plenty of players with perfect form can't hit the broad side of a barn. And there are exceptions to every rule. Actually in terms of current common teaching of shooting form. But, AGAIN as stated in the COMPLETE post... unless "form" is physically damaging and its working... no need to fix it. |

While Kat brings the ball up with both hands her left hand falls to the side while her right hand releases the ball and follows through. Very unusual. With her fast release it is easiest to see her form in still photos or slow speed film.
She has used it successfully for several years now. Definitely if it's not broke don't fix it.

"Truly atrocious" is in the eye of the beholder. There are no bonus style points for made 3-point shots. And plenty of players with perfect form can't hit the broad side of a barn. Every time my wife sees Marie, she falls into a deep depression. It can take hours for me to get her out of it, saying, "No, I don't think those sparkling blue eyes and flowing blond hair are what men like. Her perfect athletic physique is really not that attractive, either, or her graceful gait as she runs the floor like a gazelle. And I only built that shrine to her in the spare room because you told me that I had to take down the Kolbie Orum posters." |

I note that to this day, the highest average attendance at Gill for WBB was during the Tanja Kostic era, and I knew many a person who knew little about basketball attending every home game due to her presence...... I was personally a fan of Jaime Weisner's look, but there have been quite a few of our women who clean up real nice when they're not working hard on the court. |

All I know is that when I go to a women's basketball game, I am there to watch basketball. The attractiveness of the player matters for squat.
On the other hand, I often run into the women from the team when I am walking with my wife and dog before baseball games. Holy crap. They are some gorgeous ladies. Marie mugged my dog a couple of years ago, and all I could do is a stuttering, Cliff Claven immitation.
