During questioning...
JS says that a part of his interview pitch was a few detailed plans on how the CURRENT TALENT has opportunities within it that was not being utilised. So.,.. maybe he wont run off D1 players???

How to respond to a rough year:
for players => Trust builds the culture which breeds behavior... SO first thing is to build trust
for fans => More squishy answer... basically he brings stability...
