You can't expect to win a game when the 1-5 hitters go 0-15. Not going to happen. Shake it off and tomorrow is a brand new day! Go Beavs!

I am about sick of these LSU trolls showing back up when their team takes the lead but disappeared after the first inning last time ( Bayou boy excluded). What a bunch of douche bags. Tip of the cap to LSU pitching. Hess is legit. Should be a great game tomorrow! Go Beavs!

Huge, huge, huge error by the umps... No excuse for that. Nice review rules NCAA... Casey has to REQUEST a review (on that particular type of call). WHY he DID NOT is kind of baffling. No. The NCAA baseball review rules for Supers and CWS specifically require the umpire crew to request a review, which is done in a centralized review area. There is no provision for a coach or team rep to request or a review or force a "challenge" on a reviewable call. The umpire crew blew the call all around in every possible way. Running out of the dugout was as likely to get CASEY tossed as it was to actually get a review. Only way to fix it would be for the booth to stop the game to force the review.

Give credit where it's due. LSU came to play and that was an impressive pitching performance by their best two guys. OSU looked flat, that's not the team we've been accustomed to watching.
The good news is that we live to fight another day. The better news is that they've thrown their best at us and we still have Ras who can hopefully put together a solid 6 innings. Pick yourselves up and let's take care of these guys tomorrow.
final thought: Kwan's foul ball was an absolute hose job. but we still had the bases loaded that inning and only brought in 1. Also, we didn't threaten much from that point on. The umps didn't help us any but we didn't help ourselves either.

This loss will be very detrimental to the OSU team. they are not used to losing and having to comeback tomorrow with that taste still in your mouth may cause them to lose focus and LSU takes an early lead and never looks back.

No sir, i object. there are trolls and idiots everywhere. They are not exclusive to the SEC. I resent those remarks

Request when asked... read again... they don't review their own call unless crew has questions among themselves. Called foul... no other ump had different call.
