OMG! So are we going to start celebrating whenever a former Beaver excuses his- or herself after belching? You either don't understand the celebration of making it to the show, or you are a very bitter person who trolls for a living. Please allow us to enjoy when the young men that are Beaver alums have their moment in the sun.

That was a very nice article on a former Beaver having a game! It highlighted the aspect of the game that I think most beaver fans appreciate the most, defense. Mr Robertson, wow he's looking good physically.

"He's going 100 mph all the time," Indians relief ace Andrew Miller said. "It's been fun to watch." A lot had to happen for Robertson to find his way onto the Indians' roster. A non-roster invitee by Cleveland in the spring, the 31-year-old spark plug was called up after a rash of injuries to outfielders Austin Jackson, Abraham Almonte and Brandon Guyer. Manager Terry Francona raves about Robertson's energy and loves that he can handle all three outfield spots.
Yep. That is the guy I remember
Good for Daniel. He willed himself to the show.

He just made ANOTHER great catch slamming into the wall in today's game - I'll do my best to find you a link! You're welcome in advance!

Former North Carolina ace, Andrew Miller. Miller was on the mound, when Oregon State scored the go-ahead run in game 3 of the championship series.

I was trying to find a video of the go ahead run in Omaha on you tube but no luck. How odd the Tar Heal giving the upstart Beaver some props.

To be fair to Miller, he may not know Robertson is a Beaver. Robertson transferred to Oregon State after the 2006 season.

We don't *insist*, we *enjoy* celebrating their successes. It's what you do when you are *family*.

Robertson is NOT a career MiLB. Without looking at his stats, I know he played for the Rangers, the Angels, and I believe the Mariners too. He is a really good guy, who made his mark in the single season he played at OSU. I have his cased Angels jersey, and he personally signed the glass for me at a Diamond Dinner two years ago.
Yes, let's celebrate him. He is a tough hombre, and I love his never say die attitude. Go get'em Daniel!
