100% ok with this. These kids have to be tired after this weekend. As much as a strong non conference win would be, I prefer the Washington series win!!!

Both teams were on the field in final warmups, they were just about ready to play the national anthem, it was a wonderful day for baseball, and then - BOOM! sigh |

Well.. 5-6 years from now after Conforto, Boyd, Moore and others are on their MLB big free agent contracts, maybe we will have the funds to finalize the Casey Dome with a retractable roof. Problem solved!  |

I have been wondering, the technology is there, anyone want to form a company with me that can transport and set up inflatable domes for emergency situations. We could set up inside of an old volcano, have 5 different vehicles ready to take off at a moment's notice, and call the company "The Thunderdomes"

I drove down from Portland for the game and was pretty pissed that it was cancelled. It wasn't raining that hard. I had a feeling no game when I showed up and no Beaver players were in the batting cages, throwing in the outfield, ect. There were no fans either. Maybe about 100 people there.....all in ponchos. Gonzaga players took advantage and got a workout in the outfield. Walking back to my car I encountered multiple families that were just arriving and were as thrilled as I was. Heard a few people say, "didn't they install turf for this?".

I only had to drive in from 9th st to get to the game, and I was still upset that it was cancelled, but they might have gotten a few innings in before it really started to pour.
